1. CONFIDENTIALITY

By downloading this material, you commit not to disclose it to third parties without prior consent from Distobal.

2. ROYALTIES AND PUBLISHING

The loops are not exempt from royalties. If you use the loops from this Melody Pack in your productions, you must split the publishing 50% with Distobal.

3. MANDATORY NOTIFICATION

In the case of important artists or record labels, you commit to notify Distobal by email before any commercial publication.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Distobal owns 100% of the intellectual property of all loops contained in this pack.

5. LEGAL ACTIONS

If commercial music is published without previously contacting Distobal, the corresponding legal actions will be taken.
